Nowsee draws whatever your Mac is playing, as it plays.
It taps the output mix, so it works with anything that makes sound — Spotify, a video call, a game. It lives in the menu bar: no dock icon, no window on launch, no account.

First launch requires one approval. The current release is self-signed and not yet notarized by Apple. After macOS blocks it, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to Security, then choose Open Anyway. Apple’s instructions ↗

Nowsee asks to record system audio. Nothing is written to disk, nothing leaves your Mac, and the microphone is never touched.
